Click on phone numbers in whatsapp app
Can I enter my phone so that if customers click on it, they call with their normal phone and not on WhatsApp?
There are 2 ways:
1) use a button on the chatbot (only available on the PRO+ plan)
2) If the number is in the text and not in a button, we can put a dedicated url with redirect.
If you are here, you will have noticed that after the latest Whatsapp updates on both Android and iPhone, all clicks on numbers no longer make calls with the phone's native app; but you have to call with the latter. Personally I consider this function useless and intrusive, since you want almost all tariff plans with unlimited calls, making calls, or rather receiving calls on the app is boring from a logistical point of view.
Let's summarize the advantages and disadvantages of receiving or calling with WhatsApp:
Pros:
1. Nobody, or except in cases where, does not take the phone at home and we have wi-fi turned on.
Defects:
1. Seeing history is counterintuitive
2. If it doesn't take well there isn't excellent quality.
3. I would like to choose which app to make or receive phone calls with.
4. It is not intuitive to copy/paste a number.
5. I can't share number on other apps with simple option like on native app.
I think they are more than enough to not use the Whatsapp phone call.
But how do we get around this limitation?

The native app of your phone will open and you can call through your operator's network as you have always done, clearly the customer who receives the message with this link will call you from his phone normally and NOT on WhatsApp.
