Difference between whatsapp Business and Whatsapp Api Cloud
What is the difference between WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp API Cloud?
❍ WhatsApp app (for private individuals, 95% of users)
❍ WhatsApp Business App, used by many companies, like the normal app but with the possibility of having an automatic response to people who write to us and the possibility of showing their products/services directly on the app. It also allows you to insert a description and a link to your site or Facebook page.
❍ If with WhatsApp Business it is possible to send automatic welcome messages only, the Whatsapp Api cloud or Whatsapp Business API solution is aimed at those who, for example, want to send marketing messages or as in our case, Meplo.it, aimed at sending an automatic message to all the people who call us.
For example if we are outside working hours. To people we can't respond to. For missed calls.
Unlike the consumer app and the small business app, the Whatsapp API CLOUD platform (now owned by Facebook) does not have its own app but it is still possible to manage everything with the Meplo app, available for smartphones or you can manage notifications and responses directly from your browser, for example if you are in the office.

As you can see in the example with the Meplo platform you can send your callers a dynamic welcome message.
You will then be able to have:
❍ Reply buttons: For each reply you can give up to 3 options, each of which is presented in the form of a button. This is an excellent solution to offer the possibility of quickly responding to a number of pre-configured options, for example: adding a request for information or booking, in short, it's up to your imagination and your needs.
❍ You can include a link to a booking booking, a link to your website or FB/Instagram page in the reply replies.
❍ You can insert a presentation video, attach PDF or online documents. Show the way to reach you and many other functions.
All this is available in the PRO or PRO+ plans following a subscription and the activation of a Business Manager on Facebook.
