I have an iPhone. Is it possible to make calls I don't answer just one ring before the answering machine goes on?
Good morning, no unfortunately on iOS the number of rings is decided by Apple.* On Android however for missed calls only there is no voice message from the answering machine, no call transfer, and the messages leave when the call is closed by the caller. I remember that for Android the messages. SMS or WhatsApp are only for non-contacts, unless requested.

The waiting seconds before call transfer are configured by your operator. However, it is possible to send a command to your operator to change the number of rings, i.e. the number of seconds before the voice message starts.
Open the keyboard as if you were making a phone call, type **61*XXXXXXXXXX**8# and press enter. XXXXXXXXX is the fixed service number assigned to you by Meplo, your operator will divert the call after "8" seconds.
Can I set up an automatic response text message only for busy calls?
Certainly! However, we recommend setting up the sending of SMS or WhatsApp messages in all three cases, i.e. to missed calls, calls when busy and calls when you are not reachable or your cell phone is turned off.
Activation at Hours of Telephone Answering Machine
I can decide at what times of the week or day to activate the voice response. Can I load 2 different voices if I am engaged in another conversation or if the phone is turned off? - We cannot make two different vowels if the phone is busy or if the cell is turned off, as they both use call forwarding and we cannot know if it is a call transferred from a busy or turned off phone.
At the moment there is no possibility to set a specific response time.

Certain! You can use simple call forwarding to the number provided by meplo when the caller presses a certain key.

Can I receive an email with the number of the person who called me instead of the notification on my mobile phone?
Certain! we generally send notification of calls on the app.
If you use Meplo on a landline number, we can alternatively send notification of missed calls to your email.
We use the landline number during the service and when it is closed we transfer to a mobile phone. Can we use your service on both landlines and mobiles?
Certainly! You can divert calls from your landline to the Meplo landline number and at the same time from your mobile phone to the Meplo landline number. Callers will hear the voice message followed by an SMS or Whatsapp message, depending on the plan chosen.
