Meta account for Whatsapp bot? Required.

Do I need to have a Facebook account to be able to send Whatsapp messages?

Once you have registered your Business Manager account, you will be able to:

❍ Register up to 2 phone numbers. (but we do it for you)

❍ Enter your number as the sender to send messages. (but we do it for you)

❍ Replying to an unlimited number of user-initiated conversations, i.e. if you put a link on your site e.g.: https://wa.me/39320XXXXXX however that is not the purpose of meplo, even if you can do it.

❍ Send company-initiated messages, i.e. sent to every caller, up to 250 unique customers every 24 hours, therefore more than enough for the service that meplo offers.

❍ Marketing Features: (PRO+ plan only) all you need to do is go to the chat.botmeplo.com app, upload your contact list using a CSV file, add a pre-approved WhatsApp message, schedule the message and send it . Your message will reach all recipients in no time!

👉 you will need to verify your business on Facebook if you want to send more than 250 daily messages. https://www.facebook.com/business/help/2058515294227817

The PRO+ package includes 1000 users, so if you send messages to a thousand contacts you will have to delete the customers to whom you sent the message, import the 1000 new ones, and so on, otherwise you can switch to a plan with 10,000 or 100,000 numbers/contacts without the need to delete them (optional for a fee).

❍ To activate Meplo with Whatsapp messages you must have a Facebook account.
To use WhatsApp messages you will have to create, after filling out the message entry form, a Business Manager on Facebook, it takes a few minutes, just follow the instructions we will provide you, it will be very simple in a few minutes you do everything.
Then from the business manager panel you will have to enter a form of payment (credit account or bank account) to pay Facebook directly for the model messages you send monthly.€0.05 each (the rest of the conversation is free).
